|SACE completion leading to a University Pathway||This course is suitable for students who wish to complete SACE and obtain an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) for University entrance. When choosing this course it is imperative that students ensure that they meet the prerequisite and assumed knowledge requirements for the course or courses for which they will be applying (these can be checked in the SATAC guide).
|SACE completion leading to a Vocational Pathway||This course is suitable for students who wish to complete SACE and enter a Vocational Pathway that does not require an ATAR, or lead to a Tertiary Institution where an ATAR is a condition of entry.
- complete all the compulsory SACE subjects at SACE Stage 1 with a C grade or better and SACE Stage 2 with a C- grade or better.
- complete 3 SACE Stage 2 subjects with a C- grade or better
successfully complete competencies within a VET course or courses which will provide 60 SACE credits at SACE Stage 2 (refer to the SACE VET Recognition Register)
successfully complete 60 SACE Stage 2 credits through a combination of SACE Stage 2 subjects plus competencies within a VET course or courses which will provide SACE credits at SACE Stage 2 (refer to the SACE VET Recognition Register)
- undertake other SACE Stage 2 subjects or SACE Stage 1 subjects or VET courses that count at either SACE Stage 1 or SACE Stage 2 to ensure the total number of SACE credits totals 200.
|Australian School Based Apprenticeship||Students who are currently enrolled in an Australian School Based Apprenticeship (ASBA) are not required to select subjects at this stage nor attend the subject selection day. ASBA students will be contacted to arrange an interview time with parents, the Apprenticeship Broker and a Student Pathways representative.
